Unchained subscription order stuck in sidecart

This is on my subscription, order #3536857. I've tried a couple times to use the "ship immediately" button but it doesn't seem to do anything. It's been in limbo for 2 weeks now.

The confirmation email from using that button actually says "moved to sidecart" for the item which makes me think it's actually doing the opposite of what it is supposed to do currently.

I have pulled Unchained out of your sidecart and set it to go out right away. You should be receiving an email confirmation.
