Cleric spells that bypass saving throws

Advice

Hey there!

So long story short, my 8th level cleric is about to fight a highly overpowered opponent, with saves and AC far too high for me to reach normally. I think I can nail him with spells that target touch AC, so I'm trying to come up with some spells that could work. I can't get the spell filter I'm on to work with me though, so I'm hoping the kind folks here can suggest a few spells that could help debuff the boss long enough for the rest of the party to end this guy. Thank you for your time!

Important question is it evil? there is a lvl 2 spell called burst of radiance that can blind for one round vs reflex, and deals 5d4 damage no matter what as long as it is evil.
lvl 2 spell called blinding ray that targets fort.
lvl 3 spell called bestow curse that targets will.

The thing is bound to have one weak save, or weaker. So find it. Come prepared with those spells and at least one blessing of fervor and get the knowledge monkey to ask what is it's weakest save with a knowledge.

More spells you could prepare: sound burst, prayer (no saving throw)
debilitating portent (4th level no save initially, so it always 'works')
mark of the reptile god (if sucessful) reduces ac and saves against you only, but still will make the rest easier.

One spell you may want to use is terrible remorse as even on a failed save the subject is staggered for one round and takes -2ac.

Try to cast blessing of fervor before the battle (hard, but doable) then open with prayer, then debilitating portent if the creature is melee. Then mark of the reptile god. Then anything else you have prepared that seems appropriate.

If you're not good (or your deity) then fleshworm infestation can be useful. Staggered is nice, and is dex damage. Now, while these only occur on failed saves you still cause them to be sickened on a failed save. Which consequently lowers their save by 2.

If you have a wizard or sorcerer in your party, laying down an enervation or two could swing the tide your way easily. Each negative level is a -1 to saves.

cleric of what? sarenraye can cast Flame Blade and target AC exclusively

Describe the opponent.

Yes, that will mean a lot actually. What is the opponent?

Are they undead? A construct? A wizard? These things can help us make more specific and better recommendations to help you win.

Admonishing Ray does nonlethal damage on a touch attack. So long as your enemy is affected by nonlethal damage it should be a good use of an action, though it doesn't natively debuff.

If it's hard to directly debuff the enemy consider buffing your friends. It's the same net effect.

If the enemy is a caster cast silence on a friend (make sure they choose to fail the save) and just have the friend move close to the enemy. The enemy doesn't get a save to avoid being silenced in this way.

Well, our opponent is(was?) a human who has made a pact with a 'Cthulhu like being' and has achieved mythic tiers, and has declared himself a demi god on the path to full on godhood. While all signs/spells point to him being alive, he works closely with vampires and he is known to cause stat drain with his touch (how he does is not clear to us). Reality itself appears to distort around him, and just getting near him is enough to cause hallucinations and/or panic.

I haven't looked, but I don't think he is in the monster manual.

Anywho, I've had luck countering his fear/mind effects with protection from evil and i'm thinking of trying death ward on the fighter to protect against his touch. We've fought him twice before, and just surviving has been an achievement. We know he has high AC and saves as nothing has so far as hit him (granted, most spells have been against his reflex and will saves, so he might have a lower fort). The DM also let slip he has epic DR, and no one is the party even has a magic weapon, so that's going to be fun.

As for my cleric, it's a homebrew setting with pathfinder rules. My goddess gives me the domains of Travel and Heroism/Glory. I am good aligned, so evil spells are generally frowned upon. Still, with these odds, I might ask for evil spells 'for the greater good' if it means stopping a friend of Cthulhu from becoming a god.

Honestly, I expect him to kill us all, or be stopped via plot device. Still, I'm trying to come up with a few tricks that might tip the scales in our favor. Sorry if the first post was too vague, was trying not to bog down the forums with too many details ( I have my character's 10 page bio around here somewhere...)

Anywho, thanks for reading, and for the help so far!

If he has mythic tiers it's unlikely you can win.

Mythic characters literally have abilities that say you can't die unless a mythic creature kills you. Assuming none of you are mythic, your GM is fracking with you. He doesn't intend for you all beat this person. At least not yet.

if you can't kill him restrain him, get your best grappler to tackle him and aid another hime to get him into some high quality magical manacles

of just prepair truestrike for all you slots and buff your hightest hitting character
