First off, I'm pretty new to PFS and am enjoying its pick up and play style.
I do have a question about character rebuilding. As I'm new I've been trying a few different types of characters as I've played different scenarios. I started with a pregen Fighter and then moved to a sorcerer which I used the PP to buy a wand of magic armor (2pp I believe). Now that we are done another scenario and I am not level 2 yet, i was looking at creating a bloodrager. The question that has come up in our group revolves around a refund of 2pp for the wand of mage armor.
No one in the group has said no you don't get a refund, there has just been an uncertainess as to whether you do or not.
If you would be able to shed some light on this that would be great!
Thanks n advance!

You don't get the refund. You've spend the prestige, and the wand is now yours. Spending prestige points is essentially the mechanic for calling in a favor, and character rebuilds do not include negating the past.
The rebuild option for this period was offered as a means for someone to redo honest character decisions they weren't happy about, not as a tool for munchkin manipulation of character progression.
Since the bloodrager IS a caster with mage armor on the spell list, the wand hasn't lost usefulness for you.

Also, you could keep that character as a Sorcerer, and create a new character as a Bloodrager. Different personality, and a different role to bring to the party in case someone else brings their Sorcerer (or Bloodrager).
If you stick with PFS, you'll eventually acquire quite a few characters (I have almost 30 myself). Having options is great.

Yeah, it might not be ideal for the Bloodrager, but will provide useful in those situations where wearing armor... isn't all that awesome (swimming, acrobatics, stealth, greased up greco roman wrestling, visiting the Calistria temple...)
And there is still a good chance that you will have other party members who could benefit from it, Sorcerer, Wizard, Monk, etc. And, at low levels, it is usually better than what the Druid, for example, is wearing.
