Anything going on in Springfield / Western Ma?

I really want to get into PFS, or any tabletop gathering, but the nearest coordinatior is 45 minutes to an hour away in Manchester, so I just thought I'd ask if there was anything closer.

You should contact the coordinator. They would best know what games are being ran in your area. Otherwise talk to the local game store if they have any pathfinder going on.

You could also check The Warhorn or The PFS Event Page and see if you find anything.

It is quiet possible that there are other people in the same boat as you but no one has taken the first step to start a group.

You also might want to check out here. This is a hub of all of the Local New England Lodges it also has a list of the Regional coordinators that might be close to you and how to contact them.

If there is no PFS in area your please contact the coordinator that is closest to you they might be able to help you get something going.
