Pathfinder Society - New Player looking for games

Hello, I'm a new Pathfinder Society player, looking to get into a group or a standalone beginner game. I plan on playing my character locally at least some Saturdays/Sundays as games run near me, but would love to be able to meet and play with more people online as well. I plan on playing a game this upcoming Sunday, but if possible, I'd like to play a game this Saturday that would start after 2:45 PM Eastern Time or so (that's when I would be getting home from work).

So, are you looking for a PbP game, or an online game? Also, do you play anything besides Pathfinder?

I'd rather do an online VTT than PbP (I've heard PbP takes forever).

I'd prefer to just play Pathfinder, that way I can play my character both online as well as locally when possible :)

These recruitment forums are addressed to PbP games. It depends a lot on the group you end up playing, but most scenarios I have played take between 3 weeks and month and a half to complete. Thus if you play locally PFS in a 2 scenarios per month basis, PbP it is not that slow at all, because you play in a daily basis.

I think you have better to gauge whether you like reading and writing when roleplaying a character, and if you have the time to check the forums in a daily basis.
