Hi. So I've been busy with life's other things and just noticed that Unchained is already released. I started the RPG line subscription with this order and of course my AP subscription was finalized yesterday. So my Unchained copy is now sitting in my sidecart for next month, which is fine for the hardcopy. My question is can I get access to my PDF without having to wait a month?
For any of our products that are eligible for free PDFs, the PDF is linked to the shipment of the physical item (because that is when the physical item is paid for).
If you would like Unchained moved out of your sidecart to ship as soon as possible, please let us know. You should normally have the option to do that yourself, but the "ship as soon as possible" button from the sidecart has been misbehaving.
