Goblins = "Despicable Me" Minions?

Advice

In one of my campaigns, I've taken up the idea of roleplaying my goblin NPCs as a chaotic evil version of the minions from Despicable Me. I've heavily focused on their hatred of dogs and horses, often to the point of them doing little puppet shows with the bodies of the animals as props or costumes.

What other little quirks could I add to flavor up my goblins?

Do you speak Spanish, French, Italian, and Esperanto?

'Cause the Minions do.

Every few encounters, insert an extra goblin or two in there. This goblin's job is to do something stupid like try to wield a "flaming whip" (a tied bedsheet soaked in oil) or try to jump off the roof to tackle the party barbarian.

There's nothing worse then being, 'stealthly', stalked by a horde of minions - in a busy city.

Wait... You mean..

I've been playing a minion every time I've been a goblin?!

YES!!!!
