I'm a Pathfinder Battles subscriber. With the upcoming Dungeons Deep release I would like to get the premium figure at the 75% discount and was trying to preorder that as well. However, when I put it in my cart it does not show the subscriber discount. How should I proceed to ensure I get the figure and the discount.

Hello Shykar,
You should not have to pre-order the promotional figure with your Battles subscription. If you signed up for one of the premiums when you started your subscription, it should automatically generate into the order with you case, at the subscriber price.
That said, there are times when our system is stubborn so it might not show discounts for items in the cart. Usually this will fix itself once the order is submitted. If you ever submit an order and still don't see the discount show up, then just let us know and we can do some investigating for you.
