hi can someone look into this order and let me know what's going on? I placed it in November and it looks like the book is available but it doesn't show in my sidecart. Thank you.

It looks like it was trapped by the doppleganger sidecart (tech team needs to take a look at some things).

I've rescued it and it should be visible in your sidecart now, and available to ship with your April order.

Oh, sorry for any confusion. It looks like it's not a live item on the website for some reason, so I just realized it's probably not visible to you. In any case, it looks like we should have one for you, and it should be able to ship with your April order.

I just got my pending shipment email and this book isn't on it. Any ideas?

And the math is off I've got a pending charge for seven items that don't add up correctly. I am more than a tad confused. The invoice says seven items that add up to roughly 89$ and change but I'm being charged 110$. And the Dreamscarred book would be item eight.

I am now seeing the order is for eight items but only seven show on the invoice.

Very sorry for any confusion! We are currently having a display problem where items that are not live/active on the site, are also not showing up on confirmation emails.

The Psionics Embodied books is also included in this order, which is where the difference is coming from. It's not showing up on the email you can see, but it is showing up on our side, and is listed on the packing list (which I have just pulled out manually, to make sure of).

In other news, It looks like the Large Earth Elemental was a little over-eager to smash his way out and he has been moved back to your sidecart, so he won't hold up the rest of the items (we are still waiting to get more of these from Reaper).

Okay well that explains a lot. And thanks for reining in my elemental. I will look for him in May.
