Hi, I just sent an email to customer service about this but I thought I'd try here too. It seems I wasn't paying as close attention to what I was doing when I made this order and failed to notice it's shipping to my old address. Unfortunately, I haven't lived at that address for more than 3 years now. I've updated my address on my account here, but the order has already shipped. I was wanting to know if there's anything you can do to update the address with UPS before it gets delivered to the wrong address. Please let me know as soon as possible as to what can be done in this situation. Thanks.

Hi there,

Since the order was already sent out on the 2nd, unfortunately it's too late for me to stop it. If looks like if you try to get a hold of the Post Office near your old residence, they may be able to forward the mail to you. If that doesn't work, it should be returned to us automatically, in which case, we'll be able to send a replacement to your new address.

You should have received a tracking link in the confirmation email when the order was sent out. If you keep an eye on that and it looks like your order is headed back to Washington, just let us know and we can just send you a replacement then.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns in the meantime, and we'll be more than happy to help out.

Well, UPS tracking shows that the package was handed off to the post office in Kansas City, MO on Apr 4 2015. There isn't any other tracking following that, nor tracking numbers for once it got into USPS. I filed for address forwarding through USPS on Monday as soon as I saw your message. Still nothing received though. Unsure if it's still in transit with USPS or what...

Hi there,

According to the tracking link, the shipment reached the Post Office in Lafayette on Tuesday. Hopefully if you set up forwarding on Monday, they will be able to get it to the right place. Since the shipment was estimated to take 2 - 10 business days from the 2nd when it was sent out, the last day it would have to reach you would be the 16th. Usually when there are holdups after transfers, it just takes a little bit of extra time but does eventually make it to the destination. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the wait.

I would say to give the shipment a little more time to see if there is any movement in the right direction, or if it starts heading back to us. If the 16th rolls around and you still have not received anything, I will be glad to set up a replacement to be sent directly to your updated address. Again, I'm sorry for all the confusion with this order.

Well, no luck today. I do apologize for the hassle. It is pretty much my fault for not paying attention to the shipping address. I just assumed it matched the billing and wasn't thinking about it at the time. I'll keep looking out for it the next few days. Maybe it's just taking a bit more because it is getting forwarded. I don't know, but thought I should at least update on this.

Ok... The order was passed to the post office on the 7th. I know mail can be slow sometimes, but I highly doubt it's taking more than two weeks to get from one post office to another and then to my house. So, I'm pretty sure its a good bet that it got delivered to the wrong address...

I seem to be having the worst luck with this order. Now, it appears that the shipment has been in UPS limbo for 10 days with no signs of activity. Can ya do anything to get UPS to push the package along?
