Mounted Teamwork build?

Advice

I found a guide that lists some nice teamwork feat combinations for Hunters and Inquisitors who use mounted combat. But it doesn't give any specific stats. So I wanted to post the outline here and am hoping someone can help me flesh out the actual build. Animal companions and mounted combat are both aspects of the game I haven't looked into.

Race Human
Level 1 Fighter Lore Warden Feats Swarm Strike, Power Attack, Paired Opportunists (I probably won't play this until level 2 so it won't be too bad.)
Level 2 Fighter Lore Warden Feats Combat Expertise, Combat Reflexes
Level 3 Hunter Feat Pack Flanking
Level 4 Hunter Feat Outflank
Level 5 Hunter Feats Broken Wing Gambit, Precise Strike

5 levels to get going but once it does it should work like this. Since I share my Teamwork feats with my animal companion we both have the following abilities.
1. Pack Flanking - We both are considered to be flanking any enemy adjacent to us both.
2. Outflank - We each gain a +4 Flank bonus to hit an adjacent enemy.
3. Precise Strike - We each deal 1d6 extra precision damage on each melee hit
4. Broken Wing Gambit - When I or my companion hits an opponent I can grant them +2 to hit and dmg me. If they do so they provoke an opportunity attack.
5. Paired Opportunists - Me and my companion gain another +4 to hit on opportunity attacks and can take an opportunity attack if an ally does so.
6. Swarm Strike - We each gain +2 to Opportunity attacks.

I presume I can give my animal companion Combat Reflexes after it gets Narrow Frame. I also presume Broken Wing Gambit + Paired Opportunists doesn't chain. If the enemy attacks we only get 1 attack against them each. Though the Fortuitous weapon ability helps with that. I would take a weapon with a threat range of 18-20 to help trigger the second part of Outflank.
Clearly the only way my opponent wins the Broken Wing battle is not to play. Of course if they do anything other then Withdraw or cast defensively they provoke.

Am I not understanding how all of this works? Is there a way to make it better? What animal companion should I choose?

Don't forget escape route. As long as you're mounted both you and your mount never trigger attacks of opportunity for moving through enemy's threatened squares.
