Due to the fact that the Empire of Xelias is no longer Evil, the Everbloom alliance worries this will leave an Evil vacuum of sorts which may draw all manner of unsavory types into the game to play the new Evil group. To head off this scary possibility, Everbloom Alliance has decided to follow the axiom "If you want something done right, do it yourself".
BRIGHTHAVEN - Is now fully Chaotic Evil and will be using its superior numbers to raid gathering operations across the map to inhibit gear advancement among any other groups.
KEEPERS PASS - Is now Lawful Lawful and declares every item in its auction house, no matter what it is, shall be sold for 47 copper.
PHAEROS - Are now Pittsburgh Penguins fans.

Can I be your Minister of Stabbing? I'm not sure I'm down with the way the Xeilian Empire is headed.
After reviewing your qualifications, I'm afraid that you did not make the "very well qualified" list.
If you wish to be upgraded, submit a video of your character stabbing five different Golgothans and/or UNC characters to death.

April Fool's aside I think it would be completely fun if the EBA did go to the Dark Side of the Force
player content would surely be more interesting :)
The significant thing about EBA is not the number of GOOD settlements (even though there are quite a few GOOD settlements, the entire alliance is not GOOD aligned) it is that absolutely every settlement in EBA is NEUTRAL on the CHAOS/LAW axis.

Admittedly, all of that is a guess. We will end up where we end up. Technically, we do not really know what it means to be Good, Evil, Lawful, or Chaotic. If Neutral means I have to go to do random acts of Chaos in order to "balance" my tendency to fulfill contracts...I will probably not be neutral.
