How do I resolve that all of my Thornkeep tables show Sanctum? I have actually run that scenario a few times but I've run every level at least once many more than once. But it was also a few years ago.

Were those sessions Adventure Card Game? That's the only thing that should be removing table credit.

They were all PFS scenarios. I haven't run any card game events.

If you reported them, you'll need to go to the event itself and add all the levels of Thornkeep back in. If they are already there, then still hit Save. This resets the event to actually have access to all the scenarios that are tied to it.

Then go to each individual session and edit that session to be the correct level of Thornkeep.

If you don't have access to reporting the appropriate events, then make a list of what each one should have been, and either post it here for one of us VCs to help fix, send to the event creator who can make the changes to the event in question, or to your VC.

Thanks, Andrew - I now see it in my "GM sessions" tab for PFS #36747.

My wife, who played that scenario during the same event, still doesn't see it on her "Player sessions" tab. She (PFS #44858-1) wasn't at my table, though - her GM was #35379

I've been checking through both of our GM and player sessions.
My GM sessions now show up OK (except for a couple which I don't think have been reported yet). My wife is missing one GM session.
That was Emerald Spire: The Cellars on October 31st 2014 (Event #49771). I played at that table, and while I do see it on my player tab, the scenario is incorrectly identified as "The Tower Ruins"

Both of us also played "Emerald Spire: Splinterden" a couple of weeks later (Event 51341 on November 14th 2014, at Legends). That doesn't appear to show up at all on either of our player records.

On January 2nd 2015, we both played "Emerald Spire: The Drowned Level" at Legends - event 53889. This shows up on our records as "The Tower Ruins".

Similarly, "Emerald Spire: The Shrine of the Awakener" on February 20th 2015 (event 55038) also shows up as "The Tower Ruins".

We have much the same sort of problems showing up with Thornkeep.
On February 16th 2013 (event 18723) we both played "Thornkeep: The Accursed Halls", but it shows up as "Sanctum of a Lost Age". Then at KublaCon on May 25th 2013 (event 23463) we played "Thornkeep: The Forgotten Laboratory". This shows up as "Sanctum of a Lost Age" on my records, but doesn't show up at all for my wife.

That's enough to be going on with ...

I use the same Event for any home games that I report (event 818). In the past, as I report sessions, I delete the scenario from the event and replace it with the fresh one, I do the same with my Game Day.

Looking through the 19 tables I have left, they match up with scenarios that I have ticked on my event/s. So I am thinking that the issue has to do with that.

My question is: How is meant to work??

Is this a system glitch, or a Sanwah glitch??

If you report sessions under the same event then you need to keep each scenario or module that was reported under that event selected in the event setup.

These should all be fixed now. I made the assumption that your wife's character was 44858-5 as per the other Thornkeeps, since thats what she used previously. The record of that session did not include your wife's character at all.

EDIT: Looks like Michael was in doing these at the same time as me. I was wondering why the last couple I checked were correct.

Thanks, Michael and Andrew - most of my sessions look OK now.
I'll check with my wife when she gets back in front of her computer.

It looks as though one of you may have accidentally changed the event 49771 table of Emerald Spire: The Tower Ruins played on October 3rd 2014 to "The Cellars" (presumably because the other of you had already made that change to the October 31st game; Legends use the same event number for a whole month, so it's an easy mistake to make). Could you please switch that October 3rd game back to The Tower Ruins? Thanks!

That still seems to be the case. Does event 51341 show a table of Emerald Spire on November 14th, or do I need to follow up with the event coordinator?

Thanks again for your help on this. Our VC is pretty busy this weekend with KublaCon preparation, so I don't want to put more on his plate.

Edit: My wife sees the November 14th Emerald Spire - I don't.
It should be credited to player 36747-14.

My wife thanks you for fixing her GM credit; that brings her to 94 tables. That means she'll earn her 4th star at KublaCon - missing two table credits would leave her just short, and it's nice to print out your ID card with all those stars ...

Liberty's Edge 5/5

ok, 49771 should be fixed now.

I looked at 51341 and it looks like you guys are on it. I'll double check your number John. Ok John, there is a number on that event that is one number off of yours. I made the change.

There is a 35747-14 reported on that event. Changed it to yours. Your wife's 44858-11 is reported on that event.

Figuring out how to fix missing session:
I still don't see #4-09 The Blakros Matrimony in the scenario selection list, when trying to fix the entries that aren't showing up for the GM that ran it....

Let me start that over.

GM (Deidre Tiriel) no longer has two sessions of #4-09 The Blakros Matrimony in her GM Sessions.
I see the sessions in the event listing, but if I edit them, the scenario goes blank. It's also not available in the drop down list...

... Okay... so when did the "Show all Scenarios" button go away? That's frustrating. I checked the box for Blakros after editing the event and now it shows up - checking if it's fixed for the GM... yes, it's back.

Final result: Had to edit the event to add the scenario (did that fix it??), then I edited the sessions and re-selected the scenario.

And the Show All Scenarios button is gone :(

Yes, the Show All Scenarios button got removed because it was allowing some bad reporting to be done, where someone was reporting Thornkeep instead of drilling down to the specific level of Thornkeep, etc.

I believe the web guy mentioned it somewhere in one of these threads...

The main downside I see, and it isn't that bad for me, yet, but it could well be for a more regular gaming group that has been using the same event number for years, and that is the event will now need to retain every scenario, module or AP segment reported, so it doesn't go funky on the reporting end, but will make it more difficult to deal with on the Event Find end.

That pretty much summarizes it. It was meant as an admin tool to add one off scenarios that don't show up on the list when you create events and ended up getting used in creative and unfortunate ways. The correct path is to add the scenarios to your event and then they will show up as valid for all the associated sessions.

Did you get any messages in the session telling you why you didn't receive credit? Or is the interface showing no messages and the credit is just not showing up?

Steven, I fixed all of the ones you couldn't fix. All you need to do is select a different module or scenario, and then re-select the correct module or scenario. That gave me the prestige fields. Please go back through and make sure that the players received the proper amount of prestige (my recollection was that in 2011 WBG gave 1 prestige, which is what I put in for them).

Updates, We Be Goblins! and Master of the Fallen Fortress started working again just needed to add my character info.

I looked more closely at Cult of the Ebon Destroyers, I have never ran that... I actually ran Tomb of the Iron Medusa and Updated it, it also looks fine now.

And Michael, oddly if you fixed it and why it looks fine now, my GM credit never went up. Most have been counting them anyway even though they did not show up on my GM list, that is odd.

Even after correcting all my Emerald Spire and Thornkeep sessions, I appear to be 8 GM sessions away from where I was before the update. (None of them were PACG.)

I just had a weird error pop up. Wednesday I ran the Disappeared again (love that scenario!) and now I got the message:

Player has already run scenario at session # 1 of event # 48425 DGG on August 14, 2014.

Only thing is... No player did that. Both sessions are unique. No replays. If I open both events there is also no typo in the character numbers.
The session from Wednesday is #60568

Either I am missing something, or something weird is going on. I also think its keeping the table from generating GM star credit, as this should have been my 44th, while the site tells me I am still at 43.

Running a scenario is GMming it (else it would say play).

Did you enter a character number and then removed it?

If you want to get rid of the error, you could try deleting the session and entering it again.

Weird that I get this error now as this is the third time I ran this scenario. Only the firt scenario has GM credit assigned.

EDIT: Deleting and re-reporting the session did not fix this. I still get the same message and credit for this session does not count.

Probably some new bug was introduced in the time between reporting those sessions.

Could be because this is the second time you did not assign credit and the system sees that as second run of PC-id 0.

Indeed. It is probably best to start a new thread in website feedback subforum. The web developers will likely pick this up quicker if you post it there.
