Divine Protection isn't allowed in PFS, so it doesn't matter if you qualify or not. I'd say Str and Wis are both a little low, and without divine protection there's very little reason to have a high Cha.
Growth domain doesn't do much for an archer because you basically trade a +1 to damage for a -1 to attack, and you don't get the increased size bonus to damage with arrows. And because of the wording of the domain, it doesn't seem like you can use the growth feature with share spells to buff your AC. Though regular casting of Enlarge Person works just fine.
I do like the Divine Hunter for the Celestial template on the AC. Even if it does give it SR, which might make healing difficult, the darkvision, DR, energy resistance and smite evil is so worth it.

Yeah, that's the problem with playing any race with a Cha bonus as anything but a Cha based caster, it's usually just wasted stats. You could just use the fast shifter alternate racial ability, and tank cha since it wouldn't do anything but help with handle animal at that point.
As an archer, you shouldn't have to worry about being super optimized, you should still be doing a decent amount of damage with the strength of 12 if you pick up Deadly Aim eventually. Also the animal focus ability should help a little.
Though if you are looking to do the most damage you can, that Cha is not helping you at all.
