who / what can self heal without a free hand?

Advice

title says it but heres a little more. I want to make some kind of TWF character as part of theorycrafting that may turn into a character in PFS. The character is simply put inspired by an envoy of balance and there ability to heal and do damage in the same turn. But rather than duplicate this Im seeking the possibility of healing myself in a fashion like paladin lay of hands or warpriests fervor, the problem is I need a free hand.

Is there a way to make this happen OR replace my off hand weapon fast enough to do this at all? I know I could drop a weapon and quick draw another but the cost of scaling enchantments would be prohibitive before long.

thx in advance

Fervor (Su): "As a swift action, a warpriest can expend one use of this ability to cast any one warpriest spell he has prepared. When cast in this way, the spell can target only the warpriest, even if it could normally affect other or multiple targets. Spells cast in this way ignore somatic components and do not provoke attacks of opportunity. The warpriest does not need to have a free hand to cast a spell in this way."

A simple way to TWF and self-heal as a Paladin is to use a double weapon.

Spontaneous Healing gives you a pool of HP you can gain as a free action, but it's pretty small. You can double it with healing touch though. You also gain access to mutagen and other fun buffs.

That said you're also going to be starved as hell for feats so you might not want to go that route.

I think having the Quick Draw feat allows you to holster as a free action as well.

Nope, it just allows free action drawing of weapons. Sheathing weapons is still a move action.

Uh, both Fervor and Lay on Hands work on yourself without a free hand (you just can't Lay on Hands someone else without a free hand).

Edit: Well, I guess it's debatable, but the idea that you need a free hand to touch yourself is silly to me. Warpriest at least should definitely work.

Of note, you can use a 1h weapon and cestus for TWFing and always have a free hand (and you can 2H the 1h weapon for AoOs and rounds where you can't full attack, too).

But yeah, Fervor specifically doesn't require a free hand
