Preparing Spells

I'm playing a level 1 Cleric and it says I must "prepare [my] spells in advance".

As a level 1 Cleric, I can cast 1 cleric spell and 1 domain spell.

What I'm wondering is can I only prepare one spell? Or can I prepare multiple spells and only cast 1 per day?

you can only prepare 1 spell for your normal slot and 1 of your 2 spells from your domain.
