need help / advice on a character

so i had an idea for a character that im not quite sure how to make, I wanted to make a character that summons angels and archons to fight for him, but i dont want to make a cleric or a divine caster. is it possible to do this? or do you have to be a divine caster?

Play a summoner, make your eidolon looks like an angel.

Play a broodmaster, make your eidolons look like all kind of angels/archons.

Also if you really to summon genuine angels and the likes, there are ring of summon affinity (Angel), Summon affinity (Archon) which works on any version of summon monster without being a divine caster.

There is also the feat summon good, which works regardless of being a divine caster.

Practically any full caster can at least potentially do this as it's as easy as summon monster spells and you choosing those particular monsters. Divine casters are traditionally slightly better at this because of sacred summons feat but a summoner can cast summons as a standard action as a SLA a number of times a day as well.

No need to be Divine, just able to cast Summon Monster. Higher levels have Archons and Angels on them.

A Wizard can easily pick up the True name Discovery to be able to call upon a specific angel or archon.

As stated, if the list as is is not enough, the rings of summon affinity can expand your choices.

Summoner works best, mostly due to the standard action SLA Summon Monster. Of course the angelic looking Eidolon is also good.

thanks everyone! I think im gonna go wizard focused on the conjuration school who takes his ring as his arcane bond so he can get those rings earlier

any other sugestions for feats besides the summoning ones?
