Power word Undeath

Hi i'm trying to figure out how a cleric can use undeath in power words when they can't use effect words like undeath unless it is for healing or harming can some one please explain how this would work?

oh I had this very discussion a few times.

Cleric are not limited to Healing or Harming. You are simply misreading his spontanious casting ability that allows him to spontaniously cast a healing or harm spell depending on his alignment. Read it carefully and look at the wording letter by letter and you will get it.
