Question about some good aligned famaliars

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

IIRC in the D&D Mystara setting there were Lawful and Chaotic good familiars that were counterparts to imps and quasits. One of them looked like the popular image of cherubs (fat babies with wings).
1)Does anyone remember any info about these familiars?
2) Would the fit into the Pathfinder setting?

Any ideas?

There are good outsider familiars. Cassidans are one. (they look like helmets with wings)

The counterparts to imps and quasits in Pathfinder are the harbinger archon (Lawful Good) and the lyrakien (Chaotic Good). There is also the cassisian (Neutral Good) and the silvanshee (Neutral Good). All various celestials.

I'm afraid I know little about Mystara, but based on this, you may be thinking of Aryths or Flygars? As for how well they would fit into the Pathfinder setting, that probably depends on where you wanted to put them. There are any number of fiendish races, so perhaps a few more celestial races wouldn't go amiss, though I would probably rather have more CN and LN races myself, since there's relatively few of them.
