I was just looking at one of the early sanctioned modules (which I'm going to run soon) - Tomb of the Iron Medusa and I noticed some elements of the Chronicle sheet which seem to reflect an earlier set of rules about PFS characters
details here:
Specifically there are items on the Chronicle sheet which are limited to "retired 12th level characters only" while under currently rules only 13-15th level characters can play the module in the first place... also the Chronicle sheet doesn't have some of the more interesting items from the adventure - while still listing a bunch of items which any PFS character of that level would be able to easily purchase via straight Fame levels. The scrolls on the sheet aren't the versions in the module (wrong caster level in a few cases) and many items are missing (the Luckblade for example and any mention of the major artifact which if the theoretical goal of the module - though that absence isn't entirely surprising) Also while I haven't done the math it seems like the GP awarded may be a bit light for what the module actual gives over the course of the adventure
While I know it would be a lot of work - and it would raise questions for players who played a sanctioned module when it first came out it might be a good idea to revisit some older chronicle sheets for sanctioned modules and adjust them to current rules and assumptions?
