Fist fighting with out two weapon fighting

My question is if I dont have two weapon fighting and I want to take a full round action too strke with both hands what are my penalties. For more general info Im playing as a cleric of the monkey king for this build.

If you don't want any extra attacks, there are no penalties. Just taking your normal iteratives, there is no two-weapon fighting, and thus no penalties for it.

And if you don't have Improved Unarmed Strike, you will provoke two AoOs.
