So recently I got together with a bunch of friends from my local high school and we decided to start a campaign. I decided to GM having previous experience with gaming. The campaign setting will be the the Inner Sea. I was wondering where to locate the campaign, what is a good region to start a party of 1st level adventurers? I was also wondering what monsters where appropriate for beginners. Finally I was wondering where to even begin when it came to writing an adventure.
The party of five consists of a Paladin, Cleric of Iomedae, Wizard (Universal) and a Fighter.

Anywhere, really. Somewhere small like a village is often better for getting to know the inhabitants.
If you want something specific, let's say... Sandpoint.I was also wondering what monsters where appropriate for beginners.
Anything in the Bestiary marked CR 2 or less. Only one of them if it's CR 1 to 2, or multiple fractional-CR enemies. (If your group proves competent, you can start giving them tougher challenges.)
Goblins are usually fun. Watch out for orcs, which are tougher than they look. Finally I was wondering where to even begin when it came to writing an adventure.
If you don't have any ideas, maybe you should use a pre-written adventure?
Or: Random adventure hooks. The party of five consists of a Paladin, Cleric of Iomedae, Wizard (Universal) and a Fighter.
That's four.
