Greetings,
On Feb 10th, I placed an order, 3307604, for a number of items. It included some pre-order items. I was hoping that it was in time for the instock items to make it with the February Monthly Subscription. Unfortunately, I guess I did not make it in time. This week the March emails went out, and the items in the order were not included. If I check "My Order History" it looks like the order is split up into 5 packages, all going out with the March Subscription. However, if I check "My Subscriptions" it looks like the full order has been put off to the April Monthly Subscription Order.
Can you guys help please?

Hi Jay,
Thanks for bringing that to our attention. It looks like this was in kind of a weird limbo state that we've been seeing some things in (tech team will be looking into this).
I've got things moved around and you should get an updated order confirmation email. For some reason, it's not giving me UPS Ground as a shipping option right now, so it's currently set to USPS Priority. If that doesn't work for some reason, please let me know, and I'll see what else I can poke to try to make it work going UPS Ground.

Hi Jay,
I'm sorry I didn't see this sooner! I had suspended to try to see if I could do anything to make it ship using UPS Ground (which is what your shipping preference for your subscriptions is currently set to).
It looks like Diego may have helped you with getting it unsuspended yesterday and it should have shipped earlier this morning.
