There are Domains, Specialization Schools, Bloodlines, Inquisitions, Blessings...

Am I missing anything from the PRD?

I'm trying to cover all bases here for something I'm working on, and I'm trying to think of anything I'm missing.

Ranger Combat styles.
Shaman Spirits.
Cavalier Orders.

There gunslingers deeds, monk fighting styles, cleric subdomains and oracle mysteries too.

I'm not sure gunslinger deeds are the same thing. That's a whole other category of a la carte class options:

Alchemist discoveries
Magus arcana
Arcanist exploits
Gunslinger deeds
