So, I'm in the middle of looking at checking out and I've got roughly $2.26 until I hit the "We'll give you $10.00 for shipping!" thing... except it says that I need to add $30.03 instead.

I figured, "Huh, okay, well, I suppose 3rd Party doesn't count?" (and confirmed this with adding a few 3rd Party options that didn't do anything, before removing them to my "Save for Later" pile), and went "Okay: Pathfinder Unchained!" (for $33.99)... at which point, it told me that I still had $30.03 to go before hitting $100.

:/

If I can't get the discount for some reason, that's fine - I'd just like to, if at all possible.

If not, I might not grab everything right now, but I was curious what I'm missing. Thanks!

Keep in mind it all has to be shipping together to get the discount so if Unchained (which is a preorder) is shipping separately, it wouldn't qualify. If everything is going to your sidecart, that might also be causing some weirdness. Either way, I've moved this to the tech team's wheelhouse so they can investigate.


Okay! Thanks! I was really curious as to why that didn't work right.

(The text on the bottom just says "Add X amount" so I wasn't figuring out how or why. It's also probably because of some PDFs I have, since those aren't shipping either?) EDIT: Also, Daughters of Fury - that makes $21-dollar difference right there. Thanks again!

Hey TL!

The first ten shipping discount requires $100.00 worth of physically shippable products to activate for an order. Since a few of the products in your cart are PDFs, they aren't being calculated towards the total required for the discount.

EDIT: I've gone through and paired things down a tad from before, but have put several on my "Later" list (removed a few, too - I'd forgotten I'd gotten those through my local store!).

Thank you all for your help, and I really appreciate how responsive you guys are to customers. Customer service like yours (when coupled with the responsiveness of the developers) is one of the most appealing aspects of Paizo and Pathfinder. You guys rock! :D
