bypassing elemental resistances especially with demons

Playing a wizard in a campaign and I went admixture to be a better blaster. Its looking like we will be fighting demons pretty commonly and I'm looking for a way to bypass their elemental resistances with standard stuff.(as in pathfinder only no third party) I've thought about making spells but I'd rather avoid that. Any suggestions? Much obliged

try focusing on spells with the Force and Sonic energy. few monsters are resistant/immune to those.

Thanks I'm looking into that. A lot of sonic spells are save rather than ranged touch which makes them less reliable damagers. Although elemental is more of the characters flavor it might be unavoidable

Here's something that would give a little boost (the bump to get past SR is what I mainly used it for, after getting GSP).

So make sure to pump Knowledge(Planes).

That's actually really useful thanks. Definitely better for Sr but helpful
