Once per day when you manifest your faith in your goddess, you gain a +4 trait bonus on a single Bluff, Craft, Diplomacy, or Perform skill check. You must choose to use this trait immediately after rolling the skill check but before the result is revealed by the GM.
Once per day. Crafter's Fortune can be used on day job's and while it lasts for days it only adds the bonus to the next Craft check not all Craft checks for that day.
So Inner Beauty should grant +4 to your day job if using one of the relevant skills right?

No, the general idea is that you have to be able to keep up whatever bonuses you get 24/7 if you want to benefit from them for a day job. Crafter's Fortune has been specifically called out as an exception (in the Guide to Organized play), probably because if you can prep it, it lasts long enough for you to prep it again the next day before the first one runs out.
