So I'm making a new character and it's a hobgoblin warlord, what suggestions can anyone make for mukticlassing with him? Start at level 4. Please with the help

Kineticist is the best class Hobgoblins were made to play them. Another good class is the Alchemist.

What makes Hobgoblins have such an affinity for Kineticists?

+2 Dex to blast, +2 Con = more HP and more burn, darkvision and a bonus to stealth... what else any kineticist could dream?

Grand Lodge

Drunken Brute Barbarian 1/Vivsectionist Alchemist 3

Enjoy +10 to Str with Enlarge Person + Rage + Mutagen. With 2d6 Sneak attack damage added on. I suggest a Falchion or another high critical weapon.

Get to 4 Alchemist to get 2nd level extracts and then grab another Level of Barbarian to get access to Rage powers and the ability to take extra rage power feat. Now you can freely Juggle Discoveries and Rage powers to add to your package of things you can do.

A personal favorite of mine is taking Preserve Organs and get 75% chance to negate Critical hits and Sneak attacks.
Or
Take Tumor Familiar with the Protector Archetype. Once your Alchemist 5 you can Have it take half your damage and use its Fast healing 5 to heal the damage your splitting with it. Basically it allows you to even more of a beating. And if your familiar is like a hedgehog you get +2 to Will save (Which will be your worst save.)

If your DM rules Potion GLutton works on extracts....TAKE IT. If not getting the trait accelerated Drinker can help you chug down potions that are already in your hand...and with Alchemist you can make your potions CHEAP.

Honestly, I wouldn't really say that it's exclusively better for Kineticists than some other classes. Good job digging up a year old thread though.

Lol I didn't even notice. I thought it was a new one with only 3-4 posts in it lol.

I failed my Spellcraft check to detect the thread-necromancy, ouch!
