My apologies, as my Internet skills appear to have failed me.
If I play a Wizard of an Elemental School am I forced to take a Spell Focus of the usual type (Evocation, Illusion, etc.) or is there another option?
As in PFS we don't get Scribe Scroll and instead have to choose Spell Focus this is pretty important to a character that does not follow a usual school.
This thread asked if they get Elemental focus instead and the post says it is erratted. I can't find it in the errata in Advanced Players Guide.
Is it in another book? Can someone point me in the right direction?

That's not correct. Spell focus specifically says a school of magic, which are listed in the Magic chapter of the CRB as the standard schools. All spells have a school listed in their stat block, even if they aren't a wizard spell and therefore aren't associated with an arcane school of magic.
Now, an interpretation could be made to allow taking Spell Focus for one of the elemental schools (since they are literally referred to as schools) but it would only affect the spells listed in the school as school spells, i.e. "spells of that school", unlike Elemental Focus which would increase the DC of any spells with that element's descriptor, since those aren't schools but descriptors, and there's no way other than the list in the APG/UM books that list the spells associated with the Elemental arcane schools.
For instance, Elemental Focus would increase the DC of Frostfall because it has the [cold] descriptor, but Spell Focus (Water) would not since it isn't listed in that school's list of spells.
That's if one interpreted it as allowed, that is. I don't think it would be and you shouldn't try to take it for PFS, because a lot of GMs would be, "uh, no". You should instead take the Spell Focus on the school that benefits your element the most. For instance, Fire would probably be evocation, while earth would probably be conjuration, and metal would be transmutation.

That is what I thought the the posted being labeled "Answered in Errata" threw me off.
I'm specifically thinking of the Wood school and it looks like Transmutation would be the best spell focus for that.
Thanks everybody for clearing that up for me!
