title says it all, my starting gold is 19,800

here's my build;

I'm not really happy with my low AC, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cloak of Resistance is gonna help you more than AC ever will at that level.

But if you're gonna fuss over AC, then at the very least, you can make the armor magical with at least +1.
And get yourself at least a +1 weapon too.

Cloak of resistance +2. Belt of STR +2.

Ac is a full path or nothing at all.
Dr, saves, reach, shake effect etc are better.
My cavalier tank diped 1 thug (rogue) and took enforcer. Each attack makes opponent feared, so he cant attack.

My suggestion would be to change from barbarian to bloodrager. Take 4 levels of bloodrager. If you choose destined, along with the trait fate's favored, you will get +2 luck bonus to AC and saves. You will be able to cast shield, infernal healing. So get rid of potions and scrolls. Buy a wand of shield and infernal healing.

Take the familiar option from familiar folio. Make the familiar valet and take escape route. This makes you never trigger opportunity attacks due to movement. Get rid of your focus on acrobatics (you won't need it).

Sadly the GM doesn't allow anything from the ACG.

He took hits well, redirecting a lot of damage sent his way

Then something horrible happened; he was aged to Venerable, got Amniesia, and was basically made useless for the role he was built for.

My GM agrees the character is unplayable at this point, he's offered me a rebuild or to make a new character. Since this was my first session with this group I want to make this PC work if possible.

25 point buy, we leveled up to level 9, and I did not pocket any loot other than the belt. Following the GMs starting gold rule I have 27600gp

I also picked up a Belt of Mighty Constitution +2, so I don't have to add that to my stats.

I have a design challange now; build a Mental Stat based Martial Melee PC.

I was thinking replacing my Barbarian levels with Student of War, any opinions?
