Character Registration Frustration

I have to characters that I have just registered that were mistakenly listed as core. They are non core characters and have only been played in non core games. Specifically my -2 (Haru) and my -3 (Hrolfir). I don't know what needs to happen to set this straight and I'm hoping that somebody will be able to lend me a hand.

I will need to rope some other people into helping to see what's going on here and set this straight.

If they are Core and you want them to be PFS, just report them in a PFS game and they will be automagically converted. CORE -> PFS is fine, you just can't go the other way.
