Hi there,
I have a number of items in my side-cart in the beginning of January and decided that I didn't want to wait until my January subscription was shipped so pushed the "ship now" option on January 6th.
However, all the items are still appearing as a pending order, four weeks later...
Could I please ask CS to investigate, and, if possible, push them all back into my side-cart to be shipped with my February subscription, as the urgency to receive them is well and truly passed.
And one other little, but odd, thing....I have one pending order (this one), but the account page tells me I have two.

Hi!
I'm sorry to see that was still pending! It looks like it is having some processing issues from the Reign of Winter: Feiya that had been in the sidecart. She was supposed to still be on backorder, because of quality issues that we are working on with WizKids. (So now, I'll have someone take a look at what happened to the backorder setting on that one).
As you requested, I have moved this order back to your sidecart.
It looks like the other pending order on your account is a pre-order for the Strategy Guide. Would you like that moved to your sidecart as well?
