I'm sorry that's not working for you! This has been popping up occasionally, but the tech team is still looking into what is causing it.
Please send us an email at customer.service@paizo.com referencing this thread and confirming the last 4 digits of the card that you would like to use for the subscription, and we should be able to finish submitting it from our side.
If you have not be able to add a new payment method through the subscription checkout process, please try adding one here: https://secure.paizo.com/paizo/account/payment
