how to get an Inquisitor with Channeling?

Is there a way to get channeling on an inquisitor?

take a level of a class that has channel. Then there's a feat, Channeling Scourge, that lets inquisitor levels stack for offensive channel energy.

The Cold Iron Warden archetype gets Alignment Channel (but you can't convert it into a normal channel to hurt Undead or heal allies). Without searching through all of the other archetypes, I don't think any of the other ones get any variety of Channel Energy.

Follow up question, rather than creating a fresh thread:

Does the DC increase from improved channel stack with the DC increase from Channel Ray?

Yes; they are untyped bonuses from different sources.

They also stack with Ability Focus (channel energy), which is why the Rulership variant channeling can be one of the most potent low-level incapacitating abilities short of Heavens Oracle Color Sprays and Scarred Witch Doctor Slumber Hexes.
