With the addition of the Core Campaign I realized we needed an entirely new scenario tracking sheet, since we can now potentially get credit for a scenario five different times (twice as a player, twice as a GM, and once with a GM Star). My goal was to create something with room to grow, but that could also fit comfortably on a single sheet of paper.
THIS is what I came up with.
It was tough getting it all to fit into one uniform table, so a few things had to be modified:
- I left out retired scenarios from Season 0. If these find their way back into circulation again I'll make room for them.
- For series (such as Destiny of the Sands) I removed the subtitle and left a Roman numeral to indicate which part it was.
- In some titles I removed a filler word such as "The".
- I did not include Master of the Fallen Fortress or First Steps, since they are replayable and solely for level 1s.
- There was no room to list modules or APs, though I'll be working on another tracking sheet for those as well.
- I don't recommend printing it "fast". The lines are thin, and when I did a rapid print not all of them showed up.
The cool thing is that this tracker can last us through the next Season! I left two spaces blank in anticipation of the next two Free RPG Day Modules, and created a Season 7 column. I intend to update it as new scenarios are announced. This will be a living document so feel free to post any feedback you may have!

While the addition to Bonekeep was good, only BK1 is an exclusive. Season 2 EX was Midnight Mauler, 3-EX The Cyphermage Dilemma, 4-EX The Day of the Demon, 5-EX Bonekeep 1.
It might seem like nothing, but it is a difference. I have chronicles for 3-EX not 4-15.
Also, is there going to be a BK4? I know originally there was, but I haven't heard anything about it. I thought they were stopping at 3...
EDIT: Sorry, after reading my post, it sounds very negative. I really like the sheet, I'm just throwing that stuff out there to help it maybe improve. A sheet like that is something I've needed for a long time. :)

I didn't include the earlier "Ex"s because they were re-released as regular scenarios, and I thought it was redundant to list them twice.
I'm correct in assuming that if you played Midnight Mauler as an Ex, that you couldn't play it again as a regular scenario, right? (I mean before Core was introduced)

Part 3 of Bonekeep is the finale.
You are correct that the reprinting of the EXs does not make them playable a second time.
There's a couple of weird corner cases floating around that probably aren't worth worry about. (Like playing/GMing Siege at PaizoCon last year allowing a replay)
