so i was planning on taking a spiritual weapon speced shaman.
basicaly i would take meta master, magical lineage, spell specialization , and spiritual guardian.
so at 4 level my spiritual weapon would be hitting at +6/+1 base?
and it would be doing 1d8 + 4?
i am also planning on taking dazing spell at 5 th
so my questions are:
1) does it work this way?
2) would it be effective?
3) any other neat things i can do to boost it?

For the most part, yes.
With the Spell Specialization feat and the Spiritual Guardian feat, you would be striking at +6/+1 to hit and 1d8+4 to damage with the spiritual weapon.
However, the Metamagic Master trait and the Magical Lineage trait both cause the spell to be treated as one level lower when using a metamagic feat. Since both of these are traits, they will likely not 'stack' when you do apply a Metamagic feat.

thnx you are probably right .
after further review i am not sure spiritual guardian and specialized spell stack
Spiritual Guardian
Your spiritual guardians are more powerful than those of most others.
Prerequisites: Ability to cast spiritual weapon or spiritual ally, spirit magic class feature.
Benefit: Whenever you cast spiritual weapon, spiritual ally, or a similar spell that grants you a spiritual guardian, that guardian uses your shaman level instead of your base attack bonus to determine its base attack bonus, potentially granting it multiple attacks. Additionally, it gains a +2 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance as well as on damage rolls.
Spell Specialization
Select one spell. You cast that spell with greater than normal power.
Prerequisites: Int 13, Spell Focus.
Benefit: Select one spell of a school for which you have taken the Spell Focus feat. Treat your caster level as being two higher for all level-variable effects of the spell.
Every time you gain an even level in the spellcasting class you chose your spell from, you can choose a new spell to replace the spell selected with this feat, and that spell becomes your specialized spell.
Special: You can gain this feat multiple times. Its effects do not stack. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a different spell.
one is caster level and one is shaman level .
on a side note would the increased base attack let me qualfy for feats while using the spell? ( improved crit , or vital strike)

False. One is a Magic Trait and the other is a Regional trait. Secondly they are worded completely different.
When you use the chosen spell with a metamagic feat, it uses up a spell slot one level lower than it normally would.
Pick one spell when you choose this trait. When you apply metamagic feats to this spell that add at least 1 level to the spell, treat its actual level as 1 lower for determining the spell's final adjusted level.
Notice Magical lineage treat its actual level as 1 lower for determining the spell's final adjusted level.
But your better off calling Metamagic Master=Wayang Spell Hunter
But for all intents and purposes they do work together...a Dazing spell would be a +1 metamagic on that 1 spell you focus so heavy on.

Note that spiritual guardian does not actually grant +2 CL like spell specialization does.
Additionally, it gains a +2 bonus on caster level checks to overcome spell resistance as well as on damage rolls.
The +2 only applies on overcoming SR and on the damage rolls for spiritual weapon. Still a decent feat with your specialization, but hardly a mathematical powerhouse.

actually i am still wondering if spell specialization actually stacks with spiritual guardian , 1 increases your caster level and one lets you use your shaman level for base attacks.

I would say so. Spell specialization just says that you treat your caster level as two higher for all variable effects of the spell. It makes no mention if being a bonus, and even if it is it's an untyped one and would thus stack with anything.
Although I'm not sure if overcoming spell resistance counts as a "variable effect of a spell" so it may not contribute to overcoming SR. There's some more rules-savvy people out there who probably know the answer.
Definitely look into toppling spell though. It'll give you a free trip attack on a successful attack roll and is only a +1 to the spell level. Meaning you can apply it for free every time you cast.
EDIT: If you aren't playing PFS and have a nice GM you might be able to talk them into adding the spell spiritual ally to your list, which will help the build stay relevant longer.
