Mainly I am wondering if it is feasible with a Sorcerer or Wizard. A Transmuter Wizard seems like it would work, but I am unsure if I would be missing some vital spell or what not. Or is there a Sorcerer Bloodline that would work better?

Bard makes on of the best core buffers.
Both Wizard and Sorcerer can buff.
It really depends on what spells you want to use. If your wanting to use the same buffs over and over then Spontaneous casters would do better. If you prefer buffs that can change depending on the day the the prepared caster.
Sorcerer offers more casting a day and a wizard offers versatility. Its really depends on your style of play.
But dear lord dont write off the Bard. Bardic performance is really good and bards also gets haste, good hope, UMD, and many other tools. Plus with performance you can buff every fightwithout running out of spells.
