Fighting rarely cures it.
Crossing a hex boundary generally causes it.There is a similar bug where your character stops being able to cause damage. In that case, for some reason it normally fixes when you target a different mob.
yeah iv had that happen too both are kinda un MVP'ish imo

It is possible crosing hex boundaries causes it - but I was also able to cure it that way.
Crossed deliberately a hex boundary after no cure for a minute and health started again to accumulate. There might have been a small delay - but it was 5-20 seconds after I crossed the hex boundary that health started coming back

Happens rarely. I've used the following to "reset" it:
- engage in combat with another mob and take damage
- hit myself (carefully)
- heal myself to full
- wait
- logout
Taking more damage doesn't always work, but does most of the time in my experience. Might just be that by the time I do it, enough time has passed similar to the wait strategy.

This happens to me at times. But most times all I have to do is wait and it will eventually heal up. Last night it happened while I was running around the same hex. I could see hex boundaries doing it but I also think the occasional flaky internet connection can do it too. It's been awhile since I had to do a log out and back in to fix non-healing.
