Rifts Sourcebook One has some guidelines on salvaging and repairing (or even designing and building) robots, armor, power armor, and robot vehicles.
Generally, repair/modification (beyond basic patching of minor M.D.C. damage) requires access to high-tech facilities that are rare and almost always under the control of some established power bloc/organization/local government (and is usually one of the main sources of their power); so, if you have connections, you may be able to use the facility for a fee (plus the cost of any materials you may need) instead of the "full rate" for having them do it for you. Some skilled Operators (or possibly Rogue Scientists/Scholars) and Techno-Wizards may be able to get by with a smaller workshop (possibly even a mobile version in a Mountaineer A.T.V. or other large vehicle), but only for personal armor or at most some of the lighter power armors.

You are missing you what i mean by the question. It is if there are power armor suits aside from the greasemonkey power armor that are made to perform salvage and repair operations.

Try Triax and the NGR. I don't have it on me, but I seem to recall that they had a lot of power armor for support purposes. There is also Free Quebec. I seem to recall there being a lot of information on teams that do field work/repair on Glitter Boys. Again, not having it on me, I can't remember specifics.
