level 13 equipment advice

Advice

Hello,

IF any one has time for me to pick there brains I was wondering if I could ask some advice, I see lots of threads on feats and stats but rarely on gear,

Basically I am in a campaign with some friends and we have hit level 13.

I've never had a char this high before so I'm running into hurdles on what to pick, we just finished one of the books of the campaign (name omitted to avoid spoilers) and I find my self with a fair amount of cash,

but I'm unsure what the best use of this cash would be, I have about 55 or more K in gold, (haven't bought anything for a long while do to a long story)

So, some general info about the char, lightly cheese flavored compared to what i could of done :D

Musket Master 12/ urban barb 1

Dex is +5 (+7 when raging)
Wis +4

descent int from quest items in the campaign so I have become the teams skill monkey (most likly not important to this post)

feats I have two vital strike feats, and the normal assorted musket master feats you expect, signature deed is set to targeting as I have started to become the teams mage control when faces with a signal magical enemy :D (bang head shot)

basic gear you would expect, +2 wis head band, +2 dex belt, found goggles of night, hands as I only had normal site,
bag of holding, endless bandoleer
clear spindle ioun stone and swarm bane clasp, (assorted other stuff)
Mule back cords

Armor and weapons,
Musket, signel barrel, (not a fan of doubles)
With distance, so 80ft range,

+3 Mithral chain shirt, so AC of 7,

That is the main stuff, What I'm looking for is advice on the best investments really, I can go for speed on the gun, but that would eat all my cash, Or I could upgrade the wis and dex items to the next level and have money left over, or maybe get boots of speed which is cheaper then speed enchantment, but only 10 times a day,

body slots that are open completely right now are boots, wrists, head,
Gloves, rings, (protection rings?) chest,

any advice is helpful, damage wise I am keeping up with the melee char's fairly well and I've become very good at positioning my self away from combat so very rarely do i have to worry about AoO's

Thanks again for helping a long time lurker :D

If you don't have a Cloak of Resistance you should get one ASAP; you could afford a +5 one for 25k, but if you need other upgrades at least get a +3.

What exactly is on your weapon? That should be your second concern as high enhancement makes you more accurate, hit harder, and bypass DR.

From there I would look into the Boots of the Battle Herald; it's an amazing item and is very cheap for what it does.

Use it for the standard attack/defense buff for combat. Toggle it on every round for a constantly refreshing 11 temp HP. Turn it on for +4 to every skill check out of combat. Greater Heroism is awesome!

You could trade in your +3 mithril shirt for Celestial Armor - this adds +1 to your armor and +2 to your Max Dex bonus, making further increases to DEX more worthwhile.

Ring of protection +1 is always decent - surprised you haven't found any. They are pretty common treasure.

Are you encountering many swarms nowadays? You could swap out the swarmbane clasp for an amulet of natural armor. Keep the clasp in your pocket just in case.

Definitely improve your save item. If you have a cloak of res then you could upgrade. If you don't, well, you probably don't need the muleback cords since you have a bag of holding.

You could up your DEX item, or upgrade to a belt of physical might which gives +2 DEX and CON.

The Quick Runner's Shirt can be really useful and it doesn't cost that much.

Without some details on your character's build it's hard to say more.

The Luckstone is always a nice piece of equipment when one can afford it. 20000gp for +1 to many things!

And I'll add to the suggestions of Rings of Protection and Cloaks of Resistance. Seeing as you seemed to have filled your shoulder slot already, the Sihedron Ring could be handy. NOTE: This ring is from the Rise of the Runelords APG. If you are currently playing that AP, that item might be off-limits. Note2: pfsrd20 mentions the item under the a more generic non-brand name: Star Ring.

Weapon is a signel barrel Musket with the distance enchantment on it,

hitting wise I'm not worried, right now according to hero lab, with out deadly aim and such, a signel show I'm hiting at +20 touch AC :D and with out I have desent to hit,

Not a fan of double barrels as they don't fit the theme of the char,

As for the people asking for more about that char, combat wise, He shoots people in the face, and do to a desent Int skill from quest items, he is the skill and language monkey,

grit is at 4,
and with the ioun stone I listed above food and water isn't an issue, nor is mind control, (to the re-leaf of my party)

my hit points are at 109? I have to look at the sheet, but over 100, as I avoid the front line that should be fine,

thanks for the advise already given guys :D

I meant your weapon has what enhancement plus on it; unless you are houseruling it a weapon cannot have weapon properties on it unless it is at least a +1 weapon. So is yours a +1, +2, +3, +4, or +5?

ah, i misunderstood, Sorry.

it is a +1 so with the distance its +2 for cost,
was thinking of getting seeking for it at the moment,
