Here is a dragonbred that the party will encounter while raiding the compound of the Hellfire Phoenix. He is an ambassador for a nearby dragon ruler.

Dragonbred Ambassador CR14

Just so people have an idea of how I’m structuring this, here is an example on how I’m setting up the most recent encounters. The group is raiding the remote towers of a sorcerer clan, while the bulk of them are involved in a battle elsewhere. The PC’s will encounter the following who are still guarding the towers.
1 Kongamato CR15
4 Regular Sorcerers CR9
2 Senior Sorcerers CR14 each
1 Athach
2 Iron Golems
1 Harpy Sorcerer CR13

These are spread around the towers, and will prepare spells before making their attack, making good use of Firebrand, and Greater Invisibility. They will also send word to their commanders at the battle that the towers are under attack.

Reinforcements will teleport to the towers in waves as communications begin to cease.

My PCs are currently 14th level, but there are 7 of them so I put them at APL 15. I expect them to make a couple raids on the towers before the leaders teleport back for the last battle.

Here is an assassin the PC's may run into.

Phyrian Assassin CR14

A harpy ranger filling a role as a bodyguard to a Phyrian leader.

Harpy Ranger CR14

Here is a sphinx sorcerer, who could be a potential enemy or ally, depending on the PC's actions.
Sphinx Sorcerer CR15

Here is an enemy summoner, an ambassador to the enemy, and relative to the PC's primary antagonist.

Summoner CR16

Here is the last summoner's eidolon, Nimia. Imagine a beast resembling an allosaurus in form, but with four long arms ending in cruel hook-like claws, a head lined with multiple black insect-like eyes, long teeth resembling a deep-sea predator, and a long spine-lined tail.

Nimia the Eidolon

Here is the Hellfire Order's second in command.

Hellfire 2nd in Command CR16

And closing out t current chapter is the BBEG, the Elder of the Hellfire Phoenix.
Elder of the Hellfire Phoenix CR17

We're entering a new chapter in my campaign, and the PC's are at 15th level. Here's a giant shaman they may encounter.

Giant Shaman CR16

Entering a new chapter, the PC's are confronted by a mutinous legate trying to seize control of the legion.

Mutinous Legate CR17

They either have to negotiate with him or remove him, while contending with the rather loyal legionnaires at his command.

This enemy leads an assassination strike on the PC's home base.

Assassin Strike Leader CR18

And the traitor who let the assassins into the home base.

Traitorous Cleric CR16

Here's a lunic (homebrew race) anti-paladin that came along with the assassin's strike team.

Lunic Blackguard, CR17

A tiaga giant leader, part of a scouting party for a large raiding group.

Giant Leader CR18

A half-giant soldier, actually part of an elite guard. 16 of these guys will make up the personal bodyguard of a half-giant villain.

Half-Giant Soldier CR10

Thanks. Much of the mechanics are just taken from other open content sources, and I wrote the fluff. However, I noticed it really needs some updating because the campaign has evolved a bit. I'll re-post when I get that updated.

Yup, right out of Monte Cook's Arcana Unearthed. Interesting conversions.

A half-giant champion, and chief body guard to the upcoming BBEG.

Half-giant Champion, CR17

Thanks. Yes, I like a lot of things in Arcana Unearthed. Many concepts fit rather well with character and race ideas that I'd had for years, and the crunch made more sense.

Here is a half-giant psychic. I should point out that I was never a fan of half-giants with psionics, whenever that was introduced. However, in this world, half-giants are kind of a down-trodden race. Most believe they were artificially created by another race for use as slaves and war. Some free half-giants embrace the good of both their human and giant heritage. However, there are some who rebel against everything of the world that insults their pride; giants, humans, and even the gods. A growing political power is a group that seeks to establish half-giants as the dominant power, the next step in perfection if you will.

I planned on having this group be run by anti-clerical wizards, but then Occult Adventures came out, and well, this just seemed to fit for one of the villainous groups.

Perfection's Pupil, CR15

And the leader of my evil half-giant faction.

Perfection's Path Elder

After another long gap in playing, our group is back. They've been having a very hard time locating this spy who is located somewhere within their own legion.

The Mster Spy, CR19

Here is a giant ranger who is part of a group hunting the PCs and their allies.

Giant Ranger CR16

Another member of my giant raiding party.

Giant Archer CR17

Here is the leader of the latest party of giants who are hunting the PCs.

Giant Cavalier CR19

A political enemy representing a clan of dragons, who the PC's will finally have to deal with soon.

Dragons' Ambassador CR16

And now I'm prepping for when the group hits 17th level. They'll be fighting against several military units as they support the home team. With that, I'm stating out members of various strike teams.

Hellfire Sorcerer CR11

Cannibal Hunter CR13

Cannibal War Chanter CR18

A cannibal champion has returned from a long quest, bringing with him inhuman powers to help him create his own kingdom.

Cannibal Rage Lord

Cannibal Druid CR17

And that closes out the leadership of the cannibal army.

Here's a map I've been working on in my spare time. This is the entire region for the whole campaign. It's come in handy to help the group keep track of where all the enemy forces are moving.

Gray Campaign Map

Gray, good to have some free campaign maps and homebrew stat blocks out there. ;)

I hope you enjoy it. And now I realize the resolution on that map isn't so great. I'll try to get a better picture out there once it is done.

This reminds me. I've meant to post this for a while. . . The entire reason I started this thread started an idea on taking some risks, but also giving back. I enjoy this community, and have received quite a bit of advice and information that has improved my games. So that's spurred a bit of a desire to give back. I've also been trying to increase my creative output a bit in both writing and drawing, and gaming is part of what I enjoy in creativity. And if one is to create, it also helps to share.

In addition, there's always been a desire to write up an AP or an adventure. I've been essentially writing about the same homebrew world since the mid 80's. So part of this has been somewhat of an experiment. Could I take what were scribbled notes and drawings, and create actual stat blocks that someone else may find valuable and actually use? As one can see from the date this thread was created, it's taken me quite some time just to get to this point.

Will I ever actually publish all of this? Do I have time to create all the drawings I'd like to accompany such a work? All before I leave this physical realm?

We'll see. However, in the meantime, thank you to everyone who has commented so far. If you enjoy this, or have critiques, please let me know.

Thanks for posting all these. I haven't been playing a pathfinder game recently but I do enjoy reading new critters all the time.

I'm back after a bit of a hiatus, and getting ready for the next chapter. Here are some elite centaur soldiers who are part of a strike team trying to ambush our heroes.

I'm rebooting an old campaign for a new group, and I thought I'd share the updated stat blocks for comments and suggestions.

Here is a Centaur War Priest, who is leading a war party into territory protected by the PCs.

Centaur War Priest..

I noticed on the centaurs who use two-handed weapons (greatclub and longspear) you have them using shields...unless I am just seeing things of course, and if so I apologize.

No, you are right. There were a few builds that still had the shield listed in the AC calculation when the centaur was using a two-handed weapon, or in the case of the Centaur War Priest, I needed to adjust the weapon to a short spear (1d6). I've corrected some of the earlier builds. Thanks for pointing that out.

Up next; Great Cyclops Mercenaries!

Take this with a measure of salt, but that fey race as a wizard is just asking for trouble. Tiny wizards have 0 problems, but can be truly annoying when they can by raw hide on another character. Also flying at max spell range invalidates so many issues a wizard normally has.

As I said YMMV

I certainly get your point. I'd love to say I have extensive game play that shows otherwise, but IRL over many years, no one has played a fey and transformed into a sprite in one of my games.

With that said, I think I'd be OK with it, and see it more as a feature that I'd let the player take advantage of. In fact, I'd see it as kinda in character if they used other "big dumb" races as shields. :)
