Is there a simple spell or mundane item that would protect a campsite (30'x30') from normal disease carrying insects? Mosquitos, Sand Fleas, etc...
Repel Vermin, Vermin Repellent and everything else doesn't last long enough to help.
Maybe have everyone wear a swarmsuit?
I tried looking for a tent-sized alternative, but I couldn't find one.
Party is on a island full of "disease-ridden insects". Looking for a way to delouse the area where we sleep.
I am going to try to prestidigitation (clean) & purify food and drink the entire area (a 2 hour "Cleansing Ritual"). While neither of those spells is what I am looking for, they are the closest. I was just trying to see if there was anything else I could do.
Ask your GM if they'll let you purchase bug netting. It's not statted, but it's not that far of a stretch to say it exists (and I know of at least one PFS scenario that mentions it, if that counts for anything with your GM).

Bug spray has a duration of four hours. So every couple guard shifts, spray a bit extra around.
You'll need a lot of it, though.
Tiny Hut should work for anything that isn't intelligent or strong.
If it can withstand sandstorms, 74 MPH winds, and 2 degrees out, it should be able to keep out 'normal' bugs.
A wand would last almost 2 months.
There really ought to be a spell for this! Is there one, and we're all missing it?

Vermin Repellent is applied per person so you only need one per person. If you're taking watches anyway there should always be someone up to reapply. If you want to go back to 3.5 Insectbane Candle costs 1 sp and provides an hour of protection from vermin in a 5 foot radius.
Doesn't sound like you have third level spells, but if you do, fireball the area, then set up a campfire wall.
