Recovering power, the yellow bar

I seem to be missing something in my understanding (or forgotten it).

When you cast spells, you use up power (the yellow bar on the health bar). It does not refresh on it's own like stamina and hit points. I was under the impression that it could only be recovered in town or inns/camps (not yet in the game).

Yet when spells were cast, and a return to town happened, the yellow bar didn't seem to be refreshing (this was before the server downtime so it is possible that it was/is a slow process).

Is there a specific place or way to recover power?

Is there a specific place to find out what you stamina and/or power totals are? Hit points are on the character sheet, but I am unsure where to find the others.

iirc, it currently recovers on a very slow tick rate, like some points every 12 minutes you remain in game.

I don't think there's a way to see the numeric totals for stamina or power (or encumbrance. or achievement points.)

And if it hasn't change since aloha, it do recover outside towns ... Just sooooo slooooow!

Power system is incomplete. YOU MUST CONSTRUCT MORE PYLONS.

The eventual design will be that power does not regenerate in the field, but does regenerate in structures like taverns, inns, base camps, and smallholdings, or at deployable campsites crafted by engineers. Those systems aren't built yet so for right now it's just "comes back slowly over time".

It recovers at the same (glacially slow) pace everywhere. I'm not sure whether it regenerates while you're logged out, or only while you're logged in.

From what I've seen of the power bar regenerating you have to be logged into the game with that character.

Should be 5% of maximum every 12 minutes (so 100% every 4 hour server day). You probably have to be logged in.

Note that changing armor/armor feat removes whatever power you're getting as a bonus for matching armor keywords, and the total doesn't yet change relative to your new maximum. That is, if you have nearly-full power and change armor you will be reset down to your new maximum and then when the bonus for whatever you slotted comes back on, the difference between old max and new max will be empty until you start regenerating again. Even if you're not nearly full on power, if you don't have all your bonuses working your max is lower and so your regen rate is lower.
