Ugh, no. Random henchmen should never be such thing because then you'd have to shuffle that up and lose that nice alphabetical sorting.

It's nowhere in the FAQ either.Me bad, me thought you just shuffle all cards in the box, get an handfull of them, distribute whatever character you find in your hand around the table, scatter whatever location you find on the table, give a large hand to everyone, build a 1" high (or 2.564387654 cm high if you prefer) blessing deck with whatever card has a cryptic graphic on it, throw back on the table from your hand anything that has a red, orange, purple or misprinted first print border, steal a bunch of cards from your neighbour if you pretend to be a spellcaster and he doesn't, hide any loot type card in your sleeve, then shuffle what's left in your hand and drop half of it in your location of choice, take a scenario card from your hand and reveal it, argue with whomever does it too that your scenario is better, roll a dice to decide who goes first and let's play.

Pleading guilty Theryon. Sorry for the off-topic post.
My poor excuse: just happened that Mechalibur's post poped-up on my screen just after I spent the last 2 hours resorting RoR and S&S boxes and 17 characters because I have a new group to start at AP0 while the others keep on going. I guess I snapped at the word "sorting".Fun fact of the day : the verb "sortir" in French means going out or getting out ("Sortie" = "way out"). So "sortir" a card from the box would actually mean getting it out / drawing it from the box. Something you just don't want to do after 2 hours of sorting.
OK enough of that, time for me to "sortir" and get a glass at the local café.
