You might consider taking the half-drow heritage alternate racial traits and feats and using Deeper Darkness to even out the odds (by that time, your allies can get a way of seeing through magical darkness).
For this sort of character, I think the important thing is to talk with your GM before creating a full build. I know it can get irritating when everyone on these forums responds to questions with "ask your gm," but having a blind character can be a bit of a difficult subject unless you work it out cooperatively ahead of time.
Is this for a specific game?

I wanting to build a blind life shaman witch doctor halfelf but need help in the build a bit. I plan on having a raven as a guide. But I know some GM's will be more pickier about. So help? Please
There are reasons that characters like this are mainly stationary NPCs.
Here's the big question, are you looking to have the raven trivialize your blindness so it becomes a flaw that isn't a flaw?
If the answer is no, what are you trying to get from it?
If you're making it a real flaw, do realise the implications when it comes to targeting foe or friend. You will find it virtually impossible to use the Selective Channeling feat, or the Stabilize spell at range.

Seriously consider being a Spirit Guide Life Oracle with the Blind Curse instead. It literally does everything you want (multiple channel pools, paragon surge, being blind) better.

Because the raven can get the supernatural ability to talk one language of your choice i figured that would help me be more aware of my surrounding I mainly was wondering if that would make sense. And this is just a huge concept character I been wanting to build for society for awhile.
As for this i thought about it but it still allows him too see which kinda defeats the idea I was going for

I already have most of it plan out... Him being a healing face type character and taking traits towards it.. Even took blind fight so I dont take as many penalty. I was even thinking about doing a single dip into maybe a feral hunter so to use the wolf aspect if I have to... As I said before tho this is mainly a concept character I wanted to build and to be honest if he makes it past lvl 3 ill be surprise

I thought about this but it kinda defeat the purpose cause your not actually blind your just basically near-sighted

There's a reason they didn't make the "blind" Oracle curse actual blindness. It's really rough unless you have blindsight or something.
Idea: Fungal eyes. Gross, unless you fluff them as something like super-hearing or tremorsense.
If you just want to be blind, it really is a "talk to the GM" category for ideas of how to mitigate the penalties. The blind condition does state that creatures blinded for a long time learn to overcome some penalties, but how is up to the GM.

Fungal eyes would be an awesome idea tho it cost way to much
