Not sure how far the problem goes but from what I can tell it looks like when I check out the spell list index for Clerics on PRD the second level ACG spells show up in the first level list. If you click the link the entries are all accurate but it's a little confusing if you're simply trying to pick spells based on the list.

PRD issues are to be reported on Neew PRD thread. I already reported the issue you mention and Chris is planning to improve indexes when she will be working on the updates.
From what I managed to find the issue is with all ACG cleric and inquisitor spells showing them as 1 spell level lower than they are.
Sorry, I looked through existing threads to see if it had been mentioned somewhere but I failed to notice there was place for this. Thanks for letting me know and I will keep that in mind for the future.

As Drejk mentioned, I'll be getting to looking into that bug as soon as I can (updating those indexes is a bit tricky on our end). If you find anything else, feel free to post in that reporting thread and thank you for the heads up! :)
