Hey, this is my first summoner and I had a question about Eidolons claw attacks and weapons in Pathfinder Society
My eidolon is going to look like a centaur but replace the horse with a lion.
First level I'm taking the extra evolution feat that's how I'll get four evolution points.
My eidolon is a quadruped
Base evolutions:
Bite
Limbs (legs) x2
Evolutions
claws (for the legs) 1 point
Improved damage (claws) 1 point
Limbs (arms) 2 points
Eidolon feat
Martial weapon proficiency (Great sword)
My question is whether this is legal, my friend said that claws and weapons can't be used together on a full attack. Ive yet to find any ruling confirming this so I ask you.
Can I, on a full attack, do
1 great sword
2 claws
1 bite
I'm following the max attacks rule because it strictly for natural attacks. But I wanted to know if this was society legal.

Alright, thanks, I was afraid that is would be banned all together. Having a -5 at first level seems pretty ugly. I'll have to look into my spell lists to see if there is anything I can do to try to off set that.
You have to plan for the future, when you can have 5 natural attacks, but are still hauling around a weapon that you've been investing in with money (Masterwork and +1 enchantments) and feats (like weapon focus), while simultaneously keeping your natural attacks up to date with an Amulet of Mighty Fists.
Secondly an Eidolon can only get Multiattack at 9th level, because the feat is illegal in PFS to access except through explicitly written sources allowing it.
So, -5 to all your natural attacks, for 9 levels, and then still suffering -2 on all your natural attacks. At the same time, you're splitting your resources with both feats and money if you try to have your eidolon be good with both "investment lines".
It would be much much better to stick with natural attacks, or ignore them altogether and invest solely in weapon use.
As your build stands now, you're luring yourself into a trap option: mixing manufactured and natural attacks, this becomes even more so in Pathfinder Society, where your access to the kinds of items you need are held back by needing to purchase everything you want, wealth limits on purchases by fame, and rather gradual progression in wealth that will be set back by needing to prepare for a ridiculously wider set of possible problems than in an adventure path.
