as the title says, I'm looking for the back-stories for all the iconics,
Especially the APG characters, which didn't get the love that the ACG characters did.

Most of them have gotten bios in the Paizo blog. Check out some of these.

EDIT: For the APG iconics, here's Damiel, Alain, Alahazra, Imrijka, Balazar, and Feiya.

Do a search on the Paizo Blog for "Meet the Iconics."
