It's not official Paizo art, but I built an Order of the Scar NPC for Council of Thieves. The art I used is from Magic: the Gathering. Try looking up the card Capashen Knight from Magic 2014. (I would just find you a link, but it's hard on my phone.)
A warning: the Hellknight sub-orders are missing some things, like the ability they gain at 3rd level. If you're planning to take levels in the prestige class, make sure you've worked these bugs out with your GM.

Kalindlara,
That is a cool piece of art but I was hoping for something a little scarier. At 8th level this guy will have an Intimidate of like +25 or so.
As for the sub-order this character will be for PFS and I'll only be taking order abilities that any order has access to.
Thanks for the response!

That was the thought behind the art I referenced way back in post 2. It had a mix of "knight in shining armor" and "dread warrior" that I found perfect for the Order in general... plus a weapon that could be interpreted as a form of rapier.
EDIT: Found it! :D Formatting tags is really hard on mobile...

I actually believe that they are called out as each order having individualized order. The most commonly shown being Order of the Nail, I believe. Its in the subdescription for the prestige class, and honestly something I hope they expand on more.
I don't see it under the prestige class entry in ISWG. As far as I can tell, the order choice only affects the disciplines.
The picture under the faction entry in ISWG is labelled as Order of the Nail ... but that Hellknight could just as easily belong to any other faction.

At the very least Inner Sea Combat has one suit of Signifier armor sculpted to look like an Ice Devil. So there is presumably variation. I do remember seeing at least one illustration that shows a Hellknight or of the Gate showing their specific armor which has swirling pattern similar to a whirlpools.
