Thanks for pointing out the Vexing Dodger; it's Limb-Climber class feature would fit perfectly in this AP. (although while the Dodger is on top of the creature, I'd think the attack roll penalty should apply for that entire round)
Technically an archetype isn't a system per se. I believe spectrevk was referring more to rules/guidelines that would let allow anyone to do this, not just Vexing Dodgers.
